BIDP's History:

Bali International Diving Professionals began it's operations as a dive center back in 1999. Managing director Avandy Djunaidi was diving around Bali already some 20 years when PT. Santai Sahat Indonesia (Bali International Diving Professionals) was founded together with his English wife Luciana.

Fun Diving and Dive Trips

Fun diving dayly dive trips are arranged around Bali and to the Nusa islands east of Bali's coast, starting from our office in Sanur or your accommodation at pick-up in the morning.

PADI Courses

BIDP is a 5 Star PADI dive centre and provides a wide variety of Scuba diving courses from Junior Level to Divemaster level certification. A wide range of specialty courses are available to upgrade your Scuba diving skills and knowledge to a higher level.

Technical Diving

BIDP is the only registered member of the IANTD (International Association for Nitrox and Technical Divers) in Bali and provides Technical Diving with Nitrox and Trimix gasses, double cylinder configurations and deco stages. Gasses are blended in our own operated and well maintained filling station in Sanur.

Handicapped Diving

BIDP is a registered active member of the IAHD (International Association for Handicapped Divers) and are happy to arrange a pleasant underwater experience for physically challenged people. We organize Scuba diving trips and certification courses for the handicapped and can help to find appropriate accommodation to make your diving holidays in Bali as convenient as possible.

Liveaboard Diving

BIDP arranges Liveaboard diving to the island of Nusa Penida, Komodo National Park and Sumbawa to maximize the time you are able to stay around the great dive sites at these locations. These liveaboards depart and arrive at Benoa harbor in south Bali every week. You will embark for a trip of seven days, visit Lombok and Sumbawa on the way to Komodo.

Professional Video Productions

BIDP provides professional video shooting and productions, mainly of Bali's beautiful underwater world and marine life. Video productions are supplied on DVD format and presented in slim black case with custom made cover.

The "Bali Ocean" DVD is available for free, for all divers diving with us. A selection of underwater footage shows 8 of Bali's many dive sites and features for-instance Ocean Sunfish (Mola Mola), Manta Rays and many scenes of Bali's coral reefs and macro marine creatures.
