PADI Underwater Naturalist Specialty Course

When you are facinated with marine life and want to know more about behaviors of the creature that live below the surface of the water, the PADI Underwater Naturalist Specialty Scuba Diving Course is a great addition to the experience during your Scuba dives and will enrich your knowledge of marine species.

The course will mainly focus on the aquatic life in the water around Bali and it's islands. Bali is one of Indonesia's 17.500 islands, and since Indonesia has a massive throughflow of water between the Indian ocean and Pacific ocean the biodiversity is varied and particularly rich in this part of the world.

Indonesia has some eighty genera of reef building corals and around 2500 species of reef fishes (and still counting). It is said that the triangle of Bali-Philippines-New Guinea has the richest tropical marine fauna on our planet, so there is more then enough underwater life to make your PADI Underwater Naturalist Specialty Course a succes while you spend your holidays here in Bali!

When you complete this specialty course, your view at the underwater world will be changed. You don't see just fish and coral, but individual species with distinct behaviors and strategies for surviving in a complex, rich and interactive ecosystem.
