PADI Underwater Videographer Specialty Course

Course Overview

During this Specialty Diving Course, you will built the knowledge and skills to become a Certified PADI Underwater Videographer.

Contained in this course are the following:

  1. Maintenance, selection, proper care and handling of underwater videography equipment;
  2. Develop a safe way of diving while using underwater video equipment;
  3. Learning about exposure, focus and maintaining the right color with video equipment underwater;
  4. Types of shots, length of shots and camera moves;
  5. Developing a story line and shot sequencing while you are underwater;
  6. Proper planning, organization, procedures, techniques, problems and hazards of underwater videography.

Prerequisites

  • Participating divers needs to be certified as a PADI Open Water Diver, Junior Open Water Diver (or comparable certification from another dive training organisation).;
  • Have minimum age of 12 years;
  • Evaluate and sign the PADI medical statement.

This Course Includes

  • Lunch and Drinking water

  • Air fills (free Nitrox available for EANx certified divers)

  • Transfers before, during and after the diving from and to you accommodation
